Terms and Conditions for Talk Time

Welcome to Talk Time. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Talk Time, an Alexa Skill powered by the Talk Time company.

By accessing or using Talk Time, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Do not continue to use Talk Time if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Talk Time service is currently free with limitation of usage per hour, currently set at a maxiumum of 50 conversations per hour. These usage limits may change at any time in the future without notice.

9. Subscription and Fees

Talk Time do not currently offer a subscription plan as the service is free for now, with limits. This may change, and when they do offer subscription plans with a monthly fee, all fees will be subject to change with prior notice. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees for the duration of the subscription term. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service. To the extent permitted by local laws, our Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
